A large variety of muffins and scones baked every day.
Bread Pudding Muffins on Fridays only.
Wheat N’ Flax Toast with a choice of butter, jam (strawberry, apricot, blueberry, blackberry, black current or raspberry), honey, orange marmalade, plum butter, peanut butter, or cheese.
A choice of multigrain, cheese, blueberry or cinnamon raisin bagels served with Cheddar, Swiss, Havarti or cream cheese.
Served with milk, soy milk or almond milk and brown sugar or choice of fresh fruit (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries or cranberries), dried fruit (raisins, apricots, mango), or nuts (coconut, pecans, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts).
With dried fruit and nuts served with yogurt (plain or flowered), milk, soy milk or almond milk.
Rice Krispies, corn flakes or puff wheat.
Plain, flavoured (peach, cherry, strawberry, blueberry), or fat free.
Banana, apples, oranges and other seasonal.
Mixed Green Salad
A mix of lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, cucks with Balsamic dressing.
